some kind of guarantee. Did you realize when you purchase Marvin or Andersen products, HLC furthers your labor warranty automatically?
Continuing our commitment to service we have added a Service department along with a trained service technician and an inventory of the most common warranty parts stocked and ready for whenever you might need them.

Automatic Extended labor warranty!
Most dealers offer only one year of warranty labor on replacement parts. We’ve made a commitment to our vendors and to our customers. By achieving a role within the Dealer Service Network we are part of a special group of dealers approved to offer 2 years labor on product.

Answers when you need them. Like NOW!
Time is valued these days. Let’s face it, we want everything done and at lightning speed or close to it and the days of waiting for a factory representative are over. HLC has created a new position within the D&W staff for you and your customers. We staff a trained service technician that can respond quickly to any of your Marvin or Andersen questions.

We stock Parts!
Have you seen our service van? Our D&W service department works hard to make sure that the most popular items are stocked in the van for a quick fix. If we can eliminate a wait for parts to ship from the factory, we will.

Doors and Windows have become so specialized, and available options are seemingly unlimited. It is nearly impossible to keep up with the constantly changing options on product. There are hardware options, pre-finished interiors, grille layouts and constant product line changes. Many of you have recognized the advantage of leaning on our sales staff and showroom to review every option with your customers.
