Customer Service - Warehouse Drive Thru

  • Help customers locate materials in warehouse and load safely onto/into vehicle
  • Restock materials located in the warehouse & drive thru
  • Requires ability to stand for long periods of time, squat & lift up to 100 lbs
  • Full time or part time opportunities available

Forklift Order Picker

  • Reports to Shipping Coordinator who will assign orders to be picked
  • Sign off and mark location of items on pick ticket
  • Assist drivers in loading and unloading truck
  • Maintain a positive team player attitude and act as a mentor to others in your department and throughout the organization

Lumber Sales/Contractor Desk

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Background in construction or building materials
  • Waits on customers and helps with selection of building products
  • Creates orders and coordinates deliveries

Installer/Service Technicians

  • Install materials that HLC sells as directed by the Install/Service supervisor.
  • Driving record in good standing
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in similar position
  • Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot product

GL Accountant/ Collections Specialist

  • Record customer payments in appropriate accounts, identify and resolve payment discrepancies and answer customer inquiries as needed.
  • Resolve customercomplaints, issue receipts and refunds.
  • Collect on customer accounts by sending invoice reminders and through communication with customers.
  • Returned check administration including contacting customer, sending notice and filing court complaints as needed.
  • Prepares general ledger journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a Finance and Accounting Office Environment

Door & Window Specialist

  • The Door and Window Specialist works with builders, architects, and homeowners, assisting in choosing the best products to fit their needs.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and a team player.
  • A self-starter who manages time and activities with little day to day guidance or interaction from management.
  • Minimum 2-5  years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to comfortably read/ quote from blueprints.
